Stretch Mark Therapy (sometimes called ISR or Inkless Stretchmark Removal) is a specialized paramedical tattooing technique that improves these scars without using pigments. Instead of ink, a sterile nutrient-rich serum (often containing hyaluronic acid, peptides and other nutrients) is deposited into the stretch mark by a tattoo-style device.

This controlled micro-trauma plus the healing serum stimulates the body’s natural repair response, producing new collagen and elastin and often triggering natural re-pigmentation of the affected skin. The result is gradual blending of the stretch mark with surrounding skin, improving texture, color, and tone.
