By paying deposit payment, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out in this cancellation policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There's no refund for all of our permanent makeup classes. Your education starts right after your complete your registration. For all other classes, to cancel and receive refund or reschedule your class, you must provide a written notice to registration@hollywoodmakeupstudio.net at least 14 days BEFORE the start date of your class.

If you sign up for a course within the 14-day period, you are still subject to the same cancellation policy and fee to reschedule your class date.

There's a $30 fee to reschedule your class within 14 days before the date of your class.

There's a $100 fee to reschedule your class within 48 hours before the date of your class.

You cannot reschedule your class on the same day of class. You will lose the entire deposit. You will have to pay deposit again if you wish to attend a new class session.

If you wish to cancel, you must do so 14 days before the date of class. You'll lose the entire deposit if you cancel within the 14 days before the date of class.

No refund if a written notice is not provided at least 14 days BEFORE the start date of your class.

You will lose the full deposit if you do not show up for class. Your entire deposit payment will be forfeited if you wish to cancel or reschedule your course after the course has begun. You will have to pay a deposit again if you wish to attend a new class session.

If you receive discount for enrolling multiple classes at the same time and you do not show up for any of your enrolled classes, the discount will be removed from your account and you will be charged a full deposit amount.

In case you request a refund 14 days BEFORE the start date of your class, you will receive your paid amount minus credit/debit card processing fees (5%).

In case of emergency, i.e. accidents, sickness and you cannot take the scheduled class, Hollywood Makeup School reserves the right to judge it case by case. We may ask for proof of your claim in order to process refund or reschedule class if a written notice is not provided 14 days before class starts.

Every student must do their own due diligence and check with their own local city/state laws and regulations. Students must assess their own ability to perform tasks necessary for the jobs including, but not limited to, eye sight. Your inability to work after taking the class, no matter what reason, does not qualify for refund. There's absolutely no refund after taking the class.
